Trustees

 

The AIM Foundation is a registered charity governed by eight trustees, six of whom are direct descendants of our original Settlors, Ian and Angela Marks.
 

Caroline Marks – Chair since 2016

Charlotte Bushell  - Vice Chair since 2024

Sophie Jones – Appointed in May 2022, leads on Children & Young People grantmaking

​Poppy Morgan - Appointed in April 2024, leads on UK Rivers grantmaking

Pippa Bailey – Leads on Family Fund grantmaking

Jo Pritchard-Barnett – Leads on grantmaking in East Anglia

Amanda Keetley - Appointed in October 2024

Alexandra Walker - Appointed in April 2024

Wider Family Involvement


Other members of the Marks family act as Ambassadors and are involved in grant assessments and decisions through our programme subcommittees. Ambassadors also make recommendations for donations from the Family Fund.

Sarah Irving – Foundation Director
Sarah joined AIM in January 2023 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Foundation.

Emma has advised AIM on its funding strategy, assessing charities, foundation governance and developing Ambassador expertise.
